Q: What types of machines does Ezy Ice & Water provide?
A: We offer three main categories – Ice Vending Machines, Water Vending Machines (800 Series & 800E), and compact wall-mounted Water Windows.
Q: Do I need to pay franchise fees?
A: No. All Ezy Ice & Water machines are your asset – you own it outright and keep 100% of the profits.
Q: Where are the machines made?
A: All machines are manufactured under ISO 9001 certified processes, with cold-rolled steel, powder-coated finishes, and stainless-steel components for durability.
Installation & Operation
Q: How much space do the machines need?
A: Most machines require only about 1m² of floor space. Water Windows are wall-mounted and even more compact.
Q: Do I need staff to operate the machines?
A: No. All machines are fully automated and available 24/7. Customers use tap-and-go payments for simple, unattended vending.
Q: What are the power, water, and waste requirements?
A: Each machine requires a standard water connection, a reliable power supply, and a suitable waste connection for drainage. Our team will provide detailed specifications tailored to your site before installation.
Products & Capacity
Q: How much ice can the machines produce daily?
A: The Ezy Ice XXXP produces up to 450kg of bagged ice per day.
Q: How much water can the vending machines supply?
A: The Ezy Water 800 Series and 800E supply up to 3000 litres of purified water per day, filling bottles at up to 12L per minute.
Q: What bottle sizes can customers use?
A: Machines vend into containers from small personal bottles up to 19L drums. Water Windows also cater to personal bottles up to 3L (Mini model) or larger containers up to 19L (standard model).
Purification & Quality
Q: How is the water purified?
A: Depending on the model, machines use a 6–7 stage purification system, including reverse osmosis, UV light, and ozone sterilisation, ensuring clean, safe, and great-tasting water.
Q: Is the ice filtered too?
A: Yes. The Ezy Ice XXXP uses a 3-stage filtration system including reverse osmosis for clear, pure ice.
Maintenance & Support
Q: What maintenance is required?
A: Machines are designed for simple upkeep, with easy filter replacements and periodic cleaning. Our support team provides guidance and servicing if needed.
